Panoramic assisted an Evesham couple replace the windows of their home.
The Project
Retired couple Mr and Mrs Banks were looking for replacement steel windows with double glazed units in there cottage near Evesham. They wanted to maintain the character of the property and also needed to replicate the lead pattern from the existing windows.
The Chosen Product
Panoramic surveyed the existing windows and recommended a like-for-like replacement with modern Crittall steel windows and slimline double glazed units. Hardwood timber frames were used to provide further information and to match the existing sill detail in the property. The client was also keen to use a particular paint colour to reflect their own decor. Panoramic worked with Crittall to provide a very close paint match. Finally, the Banks also required a replacement wooden front door, their old one having warped. They found it difficult to open and close and it let in cold draught. An engineered hardwood cottage door was chosen as a suitable replacement and Panoramic were able to reuse the door furniture from the old door as requested by the customer.
The Results
The installation was carried out with a minimum of disruption to the customer. Mr & Mrs Banks are delighted with their new steel windows and their timber front door. The overall effect is to produce a warmer, more secure home while enhancing the character of their beautiful Cotswold house.

– Ian Watkins
Lifelong punk fan Mr Watkins had committed to a very big project to increase the size of his countryside house and approached Panoramic about installing new windows. He was looking for something sturdy and attractive, and due to the nature of the job, was hoping to find a company that could collaborate smoothly with the other professionals on-site. We liaised with him and the other home improvement specialists involved and soon came up with a suitable solution.
