Panoramic Windows helped the Roberts family replace their wooden windows and doors with pristine new aluminium ones.

The Project
Mr & Mrs Roberts have recently moved to a modern property near Wells in Somerset. With a young family, they were looking at replacing the original wooden windows and doors in the house with something more contemporary and good looking. They also wanted efficiency and low maintenance from whatever they chose.

The Chosen Product
Having discounted upvc windows that other properties in the area had chosen, Panoramic suggested that they consider their Real aluminium systems as they met all their criteria and also provided slim sightlines allowing more light into the property. Mr & Mrs Roberts considered a couple of different systems but settled on a flat sash profile, internally beaded and with very slim clean lines. The look was completed by choosing a modern Anthracite Grey which matched the colour scheme that they had planned for other areas of the property. In addition, our client chose a contemporary Endurance composite door to complete the look.
The Results
The installation at Mr & Mrs Roberts’ property had to be carried out while other trades were at the house putting in new flooring and electrical wiring. Working in conjunction with these trades, our fitting team completed the work on time without encountering any serious issues. The property has been transformed and Mr & Mrs Roberts are particularly pleased with both the light coming into the house from the revised bay and the large double window with floating mullion in the kitchen.

However, it was essential that the 19 new windows had as much glass as possible without being excessive in price.
